sweet bitter old brown. goes well with spicy food, and definately good for a hot summer day. The bitterness is stronger than the sweetness but both can distinctly be tasted.

This has nothing to do with the Flanders Oud Bruin that's brewed in Belgium, and is, in fact, quite the opposite, in terms of styles, aside, maybe, from the somewhat similar colour. Very sweet and malty (from what I understand, sweetener is added during the brewing process), with no trace of bitterness or sourness of any kind.
