Inspired by a Midwest brewery, this beer is brewed with flaked corn, pilsner malt, noble hops and a clean, no funk, American ale yeast to create a light, crisp and smooth drinking experience.

Don't remember this beer so probably had at a taphouse or beer festival as it is the only beer I've had from brewery. Also my rating wasn't all that great.

Taster at brewery. Lightly hazy golden, soft soapy head. Aroma features light biscuit malts, taste amps it up to a nice , full bready experience . Really tasty stuff.

Oh, not that kind of Farmhouse? The brewery calls it a cream ale with Mt. Hood hops (the new nobility) and American ale yeast. So dismiss thoughts of Flanders farmhouses. This stuff, whatever category suits it best, is a highly quaffable but substantial brew.
Clear golden amber with long-lasting foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Warm and aromatic with a nutty, cakey smell. This is somehow sweet without the usual Blonde Ale flabbiness. It's grainy and cereal tasting, but so smooth and mellow, like there was a touch of caramel. The hops simply contribute an aromatic herbal twang that suits the symphony.
This is a very sophisticated farmhouse. Overall, a delicious, almost rich, and satisfying beer in the "less hops is more" vein. From the 16 oz cn purchased at New Seasons. Dated 08/25/21.

A clear straw yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. The nose has a blend of straw, candi sugar, a moderate amount of bubblegum, light clove and a rather pronounced estery yeast profile. Some grainy wheat is also present. The palate opens light with a sugary sweetness and a fruity, estery yeast character with bubblegum and clove as well. Thin, a little frothy, which doesn't work too well with the fruity yeast notes. Lingering esters dominate the finish. A mild sulfur note appears too. Decent.
