The next chapter in our tribute to the German Gose, Dream Cannon No. 3 bursts out at you with a healthy dose of fresh strawberry, cherry, orange and lemon zest. This slightly tart, crisp sour ale is balanced by the addition of lactobacillus and pink himalayan sea salt. The resulting elixir is light, fruity and refreshing. At only 4.4% it's a perfect way to sip away the sunlight.

Pours hazy punch red, pinkish white head is fine and dissipates to a lacing.
Smells of various tart and sweet fruit juices including apple, orange, pineapple, passion fruit, and strawberry.
Tastes of tart mixed fruit juices. Like a tart punch with a sourdough and cracker malt undertone.
Light to medium body with fizzy carbonation on the tongue.
This is pretty enjoyable and drinks really easy. Not very beer-like or especially sour. But definitely something worth trying. I would probably drink this again when I am in the mood for something different than beer flavors. The fruit flavors are very clean and not artificial.
