We've tweaked the latest Dream Cannon to add lactose into the process, bringing a new layer of sweetness to our beloved sour series. Recipe No. 4 also features piles of fresh raspberries and hand zested lemon peel and fresh squeezed lemon juice. The fruit flavors, crisp tartness and soft creamy mouthfeel bring to mind a fresh spring sorbet... no spoon required. Have fear, spring is on its way.
