Up front the aroma hints strongly at coconut and key lime pie, fading into the deeper citrus and pineapple notes. A balanced DIPA with a minor addition of lactose sugar to put some sweetness in to provide equilibrium to the higher alcohol content. This beer is light and fluffy with a finish of lime zest.
