The brewery has activated this beer and labeled it as a Steinbock.
L - Copper orange with thick lingering 3 finger head
S - Light smoke, oak, caramel and a bit of mustiness.
T - Initial caramel and malt with smoke, oak and a lingering sour note on the finish.
F - Medium body and medium light carbonation with a bit of creaminess. A very nice feel.
O - Overall, I can't help but wonder if this bottle was a bit off with the sourness. I will try again though.
