Purchased at the LCBO for around $8.00 for a 650ml bottle. Served at 4deg C in a tulip.
A- Opens well and pours a tiny head that is gone in seconds. Light clear gold color
S- Not a lot here. Some hops. Very metallic
T- Very light malt. Light hops. Not a tripel that I am used to at all. Near flavorless considering the style. Touch of malt. Very uninspired. It is like an unfinished beer recipe. Just lacking in so many respects.
M- Dry and tart which is the best this beer has to offer
O- Not so good. Will not buy again. Took a chance on this brewery and lost.
Food Pairing
This ho hum beer went well with..... baked beans with maple syrup.
