Dark brown body with huge lasting fine beige head, lots of sediment in the class in spite of a careful pour
Black pepper in the nose with some smoke, some aceton
Taste is also black better, some underlying alcohol, gentle but lasting burn
Fine and plenty carbonation, thin to medium body, warmin alcohol/pepper
The brew showcases the pepper nicely. Pepper is quite special and multidimensional. The beer part is more in the background supports well but does not shine on its own.
