Pours a deep amber coloration with a medium, white head. Smells of orange rind, ginger, rosemary, with a hint of honey. Taste is herbal and spicey, with a light, crisp tartness. There is a lot going on taste-wise. A hoppy, citrus fruitiness complemented nicely by ginger and rosemary notes. Some sweet malts coming through as well and a very subtle saltiness and bitterness. This really is a weird cross between a herb/spice and a Gose beer, but I think it works quite well. I'm a sucker for rosemary beers though.
