16 oz can, dated 10/30/19, into Ploughshare glass.
Appearance is straw blonde and has a tall creamy head of 2 fingers, leaving lace as it recedes slowly.
Aroma is clean and crisp, with notes of dew grass, sweet tarts, orange candy, mineral, salt, and cracker.
Flavor brings a mild tartness on top of a crisp, crackery bready malt and some shades of lime, orange, and tangerine. Some hay and straw as well. I gotta say the Kviek yeast really helps the fruitiness along.
Feel is crisp and clean with some pleasant tartness biting the tongue on the finish.
Overall a super impressive, very tasty Gose.
