Had a 10 oz pour on tap, served in a snifter.
Nice golden color, slightly cloudy with a fluffy white 1/2" white head. Good retention. Looks appealing.
The scent is kind of faint, but there's some coriander, a little brine, and a nice wheatiness. A bit of sweet grains.
Lemon and wheat lead on the taste, with a slight tartness and soft saltiness in the finish. Everything works together well and it is nicely balanced.
Light, lush body from the wheat. There's a really nice soft texture to it that makes it incredibly drinkable.
This is my first gose and I really liked it. Simple, clean, with great wheat character and a refreshing tartness. Very nice texture and body. I would drink this all day in the summer.

A- Pale yellow, with a medium-large white head. Body is quite hazy. Retention is good, with some lacing.
S- The aroma is lemon, spicy, a touch of wheat. Smells on the whole like a witbier with only minimal twang or aggressiveness.
T- Different story here. Up front it carries on a lemon/spice/wheat flavor that is very pleasant. The middle and finish has a somewhat sharp tartness to it.
M- I found the tartness refreshing, albeit maybe the slightest shade too far. Carbonation was right on. Body was quite light.
O- This was a great hot summer night beer. Very refreshing, and a good example of the style.
