what a fun spot to have a few beers! when you walk in it looks new and sterile, but sort of like any other taproom around, a bar on one side, lots of seating, a clean look to the place, a popcorn machine, all the usual things one might find in a brewery, but the back of the house is where its at. right there alongside the fermenters and the brewhouse is a huge game area with dart boards, air hockey, corn hole, even can jam and ladder ball and beer pong! its awesome they offer this space for entertainment, it makes you want to stay and drink even if not all of the beers do. we had a couple of great ones in here, with the dunkel leading the way, but they also did a great ipa, stout, and pils, with the hefe and pale ale also being quite good, but they had some misses as well, especially their saison, which just isnt even close. the beer was all rather straightforward, nothing too ambitious, which unless the place is just going for super traditional styles, is sort of a turn off, i like innovation in a new brew house, and there isnt a ton of that apparent here, although we drank our share of their beer, thats for sure! service was great and the folks we interacted with were kind. its a super mellow place to knock back a few beers and play some games, if i lived in the area i would be in here all the time! glad we found this place on our trip!
