Our Northeast style double IPA featuring pilsner malt, a blend of specialty malts, wheat, oats, and an ever-changing cast of hops. An exceptionally soft and rich mouthfeel give way to intense aroma and flavors from double dry hopping.

Received from @harrison8. Poured from undated can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a hazy, pale, grassy yellow with a large, fluffy, bright white cap and thick lacing. It has a great, fruity nose with orange/tangerine, lemon, ripe cantaloupe, a whiff of vanilla, and bright floral hops. The taste features ripe, sweet orange and melon but it's well-balanced with oat sweetness and dry wheat cracker. The website doesn't identify the hop bill other than "a blend of 4 hops." I'm wondering whether it includes Nelson because there is an undercurrent of dry white wine. Whatever the hops used the fruit is fresh and there is clean bitterness throughout. This ale is moderately creamy and very drinkable for 8.2% ABV. It grew on me with every sip. Overall, it's a terrific DIPA. It seems a pity not to drink it on a hot, sunny day.

Pours an opaque gold with a nearly-white head that collapses after 5-10 minutes; moderate lacing. The aroma has a hint of heat from the 8.2% ABV in this beer. The malty sweetness is very well-balanced with the hops resulting in grapefruit taste that transitions into a modest pine bitterness in the finish.

Pours an opaque, yellow-orange with a finger of white head. Good head and lacing left behind. Aroma is orange, papaya, and mango with a little rye spice. Flavor profile is mango, papaya, orange, and pineapple with a dry rye spice that cuts the citrus juice-like quality from lingering on the tongue. Herbal and floral hops show up as the dry rye cuts the citrus short. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a bold, smooth, but filling texture. Overall, a citrus focused DIPA that takes a unique turn as it lingers on the tongue. Well put together brew.
