Pours a clear light rose with just a little fizz on top. Aroma is banana, pineapple, and coconut. It has a light and refreshing quality to its aroma. Flavor profile is coconut, pineapple, orange rind, and a touch of ginger. Mouth feel is light, crisp, and refreshing. Overall, a stellar refreshing session sour. Sour is a bit of a stretch. It has a light tartness to it, but no puckering lactic sour punch.
Served in a 12oz snifter from a 22oz bottle.
