Pours a grapefruit ruby with a finger of pink foam. Head retention is okay. Aroma is blackberry, coconut, cherry, lime, lemon, pineapple and orange. It has a little limade-like aroma. Flavor profile is much the same, limade-like. It hits notes of coconut, orange, cherry, lime, lemon, and pineapple. It's juicy with a nice sour bite. Mouth feel is light fizzy and sharp, with a crisp effervescence. It has a medium-thin consistency. Overall, pretty darn great sour. Definitely sour, but lots of other quality notes.
