Floral coconut. Tart, juicy sweet pineapple. Sour passion fruit. Spritzy red apple. Effervescent.
This was a totally unexpected mind fuck!
And it's clear top to bottom?! Sparkling pale gold with a fizzy head that dies instantly.
The finish is really cleanly semi-dry. It's bubbly and light, totally chuggable despite the mild sourness.
