Madagascar & Mexican Vanilla Bean w/ Oddly Correct's Ethiopa Jigesa natural coffee.
Pours black with a finger of khaki foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is nutty, earthy, roasty and toasty malts with bits and fragments of chocolate, cocoa nibs and vanilla bean. Coffee is very light and faint, and comes with lightly fruity flesh. Flavor profile is much more robust and full, hitting notes of roasty, toasty, nutty and bready malts with cocoa nibs - lightly dry, not sweet - vanilla bean and fleshy, fruity coffee. Mouth feel is full and creamy with a thick consistency. Overall, big and boisterous with a creamy texture that keeps it from being too harsh or bold.
