Pours a light gold - off-white head that dissipates after a few minutes. Completely hazy, moderate, delicate lacing. The aroma has a lot of green and black pepper, with some pine resin.

The taste is also quite resin-y with more pepper and citrus notes. The finish is a little warming, with a lightly bitter aftertaste.

Can purchased from the brewery 10/23/2020.

Appearance: pale yellow (baby yellow) and opaque with haze. A fluffy bright white, 1-finger head forms when poured with good retention.

Aroma: mango, pineapple and orange juice. As the beer warms, the pineapple becomes the dominant aroma.

Flavor: super flavorful! Super clean and slightly sweet. The sweetness seems to be coming from the hops rather than malt or any potential lactose addition. This beer nearly disappears in the finish it is so clean. Pineapple is the dominant hop flavor.

Mouthfeel: spot on for the style. I could drink several.

Overall: damn, this is a well done beer. This is on of the cleanest beers I've tried in recent memory. BKS is producing top-tier beers. I would buy any BKS offering given the opportunity. Superb.
