Cafezinho.
Pours black with a finger of dense caramel foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is rich chocolate, toffee, molasses, cinnamon, cardamom and light cayenne. Lovely sweetness with just a little spice bite. Roasty, toasty malts add boldness and balance along with a swig of sweet lactose. Flavor profile is chocolate, toffee, molasses and cinnamon amd cayenne. Rich sweetness up front that nets a clean balance with the light spices at the midpoint. Roasty and toasty malts add a firm base, establishing an even more full flavor. Mouth feel is full and thick with a rich creamy texture that has just a little graininess. It drinks like a thick chocolate milk if you were to blend up fresh cocoa powder into whole milk. Overall, rich, thick and full with a sublime balance.
