This is another solid NEIPA from BKS, and is quite enjoyable. Simcoe hops are...fine, there's some fruit, there's some pepper and bitterness, but...they just don't seem to have as much complexity as the varietals that BKS usually uses in their IPAs. That being said, I appreciate the continued experimentation in trying it out in various base beers.
