L: Pulpy yellow. Thick, off-white head that dissipates after a few minutes.
S: Floral, citrus, and bell peppers.
T: Orange-like sweetness that transitions into a grapefruit-like bitterness.
F: “Juicy” is overused for NE IPAs, but...that’s the case here. Initial sweetness gives way to a resiny heat.
O: BKS can turn out great NE IPAs in their sleep, and this is no exception.
Can purchased from the brewery on 6/19/2020.

Hazy pineapple, three-knuckle, tightish, frothy foam head. Firmly stood an inch above rim of teku
Hoppy pine, pineapple, navel orange, mango, melon and grass
Somewhat fluffy, soft, medium body. Great bitterness I’m guessing imparted by Columbus.
Really like the addition of Columbus here, great balance to the sometimes cloyingly sweet/nauseating Mosaic. This was super fresh, plan to revise after a week in the fridge.
