I got a four pack of this beer at the brewery about a week and a half ago. I liked the brewery, I like the can art, and I like the beer.
Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Hazy orange-yellow color with a fabulous creamy, foamy head and great lacing. Nice citrus smell. Strong flavor of orange, mango and herbs. Fresh and hoppy, good hop burn. Pleasantly sweet with a nice pillowy feel.

Pours a dull orange with an opaque transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is grapefruit and papaya right up front. Orange zest, lemongrass, and melon fall behind, adding some rindy tropical fruits. The rindy tropical fruits really sing in this one, helping to establish balance after the initial sweet notes fade. Flavor profile is tangerine, guava, orange zest, melon, and grapefruit. It carries a rindy personality throughout, never leaning hard into sweet. This balance allows the flavor profile to center on tropical fruits, without ever dumping off into unbalanced. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a near-creamy texture. The only reason it isn't creamy is the middle carries a chalky consistency, although it's light. Overall, heavy and centered on tropical fruits. It dumps out tropical fruit notes without otherworldly sweetness.
Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.

L: Pulpy-looking gold. Large off-white head that quickly dissipates, light, delicate lacing.
S: Bell pepper, a hint of citrus.
T: Between orange and grapefruit, almost bubblegum in the initial fruit flavors. Some spice and resin shows up a bit later.
F: Full-bodied; a little warming in the finish.
O: A very enjoyable NE IPA.
Can purchased from the brewery 7/11/2020.
