Pours a light gold, slightly hazy. Lots of carbonation - large bubbles that dissipate quickly. The aroma has lots of citrus in it.
The taste is...kettle sour (with hints of passionfruit and citrus), but as a fruited 4% ABV sour this is to be expected and the tartness stops just short of being overpowering. The feel is great - light, tangy, reminiscent of drinking lemon juice in water. Overall, while it’s good that I decided to open this bottle on a late summer evening, I wish I had gotten around to do so on a lazy day in June or July.
