I’ll preface the below by noting I should have taken notes and/or written this review a couple weeks ago; the hop character has faded noticeably from when initially purchased.
L: Opaque yellow - thick head that slowly dissipates. Moderate lacing.
S: Yep, Cascade hops - smells like a (non-aggressively hopped) west coast IPA.
T: The complexity that I noticed in previous tastings is gone, replaced with the typical resin bitterness of an IPA.
F: A little earthy on the palate, and still light and a mix of resin and citrus on the finish.
O: Still enjoyable, but it was more so fresh. If BKS releases another Wet Hop next year, I’ll drink them fresh.
