L: Light gold- entirely opaque. An off-white head that collapsed quickly. Moderate, delicate lacing.
S: Lots of citrus, green pepper, and a hint of bubblegum.
T: Lots of a grapefruit-like juiciness up front - then hints of both green and black pepper after a bit. The malt is just strong enough to balance the hops.
F: Creamy and full without being thick. Finishes with a light spiciness.
O: Very enjoyable and a sneaky 8% ABV. I’d happily vote for Nelson again if I could.
