L: Dark chocolate brown - has a tan head that collapses after a few minutes. Moderate, delicate lacing.
S: Lots of cinnamon and chocolate.
T: Quite chocolate-y up front, the cinnamon and caramel make their presence known after a moment. None of the elements overpower each other.
F: Slightly spicy from the cinnamon and a little warming alcohol heat.
O: This is a cut above the mass of pastry stouts that add flavor for flavor’s sake; everything in this stout come together nicely, and is a great dessert pairing.
