This Unlearned variant pours a color between lemon and grapefruit juice. Large amounts of delicate lacing. The smell is a mix of sweetness from the lactose, bubblegum, and a mild pepper. The taste is a very well-balanced mix of lactose-enhanced sweetness and juice- and pine-like hop bitterness. The feel is very light and creamy from the oats.
Overall, this is one of the best beers I’ve ever had from BKS. I hope this (or a very similar) beer is released in the future.
