This is the first release of this series; given my proclivities to Mosaic hops, I had strong expectations for this beer, and it was just as enjoyable as I expected.
Hazy yellowish-gold in color; an off-white head and moderate amounts of delicate lacing. The aroma has grass, citrus, bubblegum, and pine resin. The taste follows through with these elements and adds some black pepper spiciness to the flavor profile. The mouthfeel is full and tingles a bit, and finishes with a little spice. I’m looking forward to seeing how this series develops.
