This kettle sour pours a reddish-tan color - almost completely opaque. The smell has lots of sugar and vanilla in the nose, and a little of the almond and apricot/peach. The taste has a bit more of the tart fruit, but it’s faded a bit since fresh. The mouthfeel is light and slightly flat and leaves an aftertaste reminiscent of a tart pastry.
