(review from May 2024) Another solid PT variant from BKS, this version with the same good balance/mouthfeel; thickish haze; nice hoppy/bitter bite & a complex citrusy/piney/slightly grainy-earthyish-herbal flavor and a lingering, slightly resiny backend. Very quaffable indeed!

Pours opaque pale yellow-orange with three fingers of white foam. Good head retention. Aroma is tangerine, orange, melon, and grass. Soft yeast land behind. Flavor profile is orange, tangerine, grass, and a little dank. It's big hops throughout. Some sticky yeast pops through at the end. Mouth feel is chalky, silty, and lightly creamy in texture. Thickness is medium. Overall, fairly even tempered with a big hop flash.

This Pine Tree variant pours an opaque yellow - slightly darker than lemon juice. The smell has notes of mango and bubblegum. The taste has bitter orange, pine needles, and bubblegum once again. The mouthfeel is light and it finishes with a citric tartness that’s balanced well with a hint of sweet alcohol-induced warmth.
