This Strata-fied Layers variant pours an opaque yellow, with a thick white head that collapses slowly. Moderate lacing. The aroma is a mix of grassy notes and citrus. The taste is quite juicy, however - pineapple and orange. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet at the back of the mouth, and finishes full, with a slight astringency from the alcohol.
