Pours a crystal-clear pale honey-yellow with a finger of white foam. Aroma is cracker and wafer malts with subtle grassy and herbal hops hops behind. The real interesting twist is honey, which comes across strong in the back half of the aroma. It's not enough to create a dessert smell, but adds some notable sweetness on top of the wafers and crackers. Flavor profile is wafers, biscuits, and crackers, with mild grassy hops. Honey comes on big in the final half, peaking around the final third. It's not enough to push it into dessert or candy territory, instead functioning more like snack of honey drizzled over a cracker. Finish is dry, with honey lingering a little past the malt stop point. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. It has uniform carbonation throughout, providing a reliably crisp start and finish. Overall, a steadfast, clean pilsner laced with honey, creating a unique experience.
