Hop Salad

Pours a pale orange with a heavy opaqueness to the transparency. Head is a couple fingers of white foam. Aroma is papaya, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, and orange zest. It's heavy tropical fruits thru and thru with a rindy bite to the back. Flavor profile is mango, tangerine, guava, pineapple, melon dew, and orange zest. It has thick tropical fruits, with melon dew and pineapple standing out from the norm. It's more rindy and fleshy in taste vs. sweet. Mouth feel has a still effervescence with a very soft creaminess around the edges. It does have a little bite otherwise. Thickness is medium-thick. Overall, rindy hops keep this one singing. Aptly named with the hop profile in every whiff and sip.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can. Canned three days ago.
