Pours a bright orange with a murky transparency. Head is two and a half fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is sticky red berries, tropical fruits, grapefruit, and light resin. As it warms, soft fruity yeast shows up at the finish just ahead of doughy, yeasty malts. That first little plop of red berry sets up the whole profile, with tropical fruits sweetening it up afterwards. It resonates on these notes, echoing and building off each other in a smooth crescendo. Flavor profile mimics the nose, with red berry and tropical fruits forming the bulk of the taste. Tropical fruits really start to accelerate past the red berry and resin notes at the mid-point. The finish lingers of fruity yeast, which holds out past the hop profile. Mouth feel is soft with a near creamy consistency. Thickness is medium. Overall, the continuity from start to finish keeps this one drinking refreshing, without being overcomplicated or sporadic, all-the-while, it building enough depth to have texture and intrigue.
