Pours golden yellow with a nearly completely transparent clarity. Head is two fingers of white. It has a wonderfully clean look. Aroma is tropical fruits, flashing papaya, guava, tangerine, and orange rind in the brief tropical fruit opening. Biscuity, bready, and mild nutty malts become more apparent as the tropical fruits phase out, revealing a clean, dry finish. Flavor profile is a quick splash of tropical fruits again, pairing up with resin, grass, and mild herbal hops. Doughy, biscuity, and bready malts come along behind, bringing a clean, slightly dry finish. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a crispy fuzz texture. Overall, nice balance between NE IPA tropical fruits and crispy west coast bite and texture.
