New TIPA that is so heavy with hops you need to "lift with your legs" before you drink. Mosaic-centric with a complimentary blend that brings out the best attributes in Mosaic.

Pours a peachy-orange with a completely opaque, matte translucency. Head is two and a half fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is ripping mango, tangerine, and guava, with more subtle tropical fruit notes by way of orange zest, grapefruit, and passionfruit. It's tropical fruit thru and thru, with just a sliver of hop zest at the back. Alcohol is not discernable through the mix. Flavor profile brings forward the same palette of tropical fruits, arranging mango, grapefruit, tangerine, guava, and passionfruit together into a splendid juicy blend. Again, it hits loads of tropical fruit notes with just a dash of hop zest at the back, but not enough to develop a burn or linger. Likewise, the alcohol remains well hidden within this mix. As an overall flavor profile, it leans sweet, but not overly sugary. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a creamy, frothy effervescence that adds to the decadence of each and every sip. Overall, this thing hits hard, between the well hidden alcohol, and the juicy tropical fruit notes, it goes down wonderfully smooth, but is not for the faint of heart.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
