Our Clouds recipe with NZ Peacharine hops. Peacharine hops lend a red plum/nectarine/white grapefruit character to the aroma/flavor profile of this DIPA. There is no fruit in this beer :)

Pours orange with an opaque translucency. It has a bright color. Two fingers of off white foam sit and retain well on the top. Flavor profile is strong peach - wow. Light apricot, fruity yeast, clove, and biscuits behind. Some light dank hop notes arrive as the beer warms. Flavor profile is peach, both big and bold. Some apricot, again, behind with fruity yeast. Mild tropical fruit hops and biscuits later. Some late hop burn after the initial sugary tastes fade. Heavy underlying dank hop notes as it warms. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a soft, creamy texture. Overall, decadent. It hits some wonderful peach notes along the way.
