Nice west coast look with east coast nose. Pallet is west for sure and tastes great.

Pours a golden-copper color with a nearly completely translucent look. Head is two and a half fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is brief - staccato - hitting herbal, grassy, floral, and minor tropical fruits. Flavor profile brings forward those same semi-sticky hops, tagging notes of herbal, grassy, floral, and strawberry. Minor biscuity malts add some backbone. No bite, despite the heavy hop concentration. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a semi-fuzzy texture. Overall, nice punchy IPA that counters a lot of the other IPAs in BKS's line up. It doesn't stick or linger, nor is it overly sweet - a good net balance.
