This years Chilling Thrilling is an unfiltered West-coast style IPA. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Strata and Nelson Sauvin.

Pours orange with a heavy haze / fog to the translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is orange, mango, lightly sticky hops, and faint notes of bubblegum. It carries a light citrus sweetness as a whole. Flavor profile is mango, tangerine, orange, and melondew. It tacks bubblegum on in the final third. Biscuity malts underneath. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a mild creaminess to the texture. Overall, good sweetness, nice balance.
