Pours a clear dark orange with an amber tint with two fingers of dense white foam atop. Aroma is pine, resin, mint, and herbal. It's a really pleasant blend of hop notes on the nose, which is made more pleasant by the soft finish. Mild bready and doughy malts underneath. Flavor profile is pine, resin, herbal, and mild mint hops. Bready malts form the foundation. A little bitter on the finish, but not overly bitter like many West Coast IPAs. That may or may not be a negative for you. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is a consistent semi-sharp, crispy effervescence. Overall, pleasant bitterness with a nice sharp crispness in the texture.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can. Reviewed from notes.
