(review from December 2023) Another solid, well balanced PT from BKS with good mouthfeel; thick haze; nice hoppy bite and a big earthy/grassy/pineyish/hard-to-pin-down flavor and slightly lingering aftertaste. Very quaffable though.

Pours a matte orange with a heavy opaque translucency. Head is three fingers of dense off-white foam. Aroma is a swirl of juicy tropical fruits and pine, with the former being the more potent of the two. Doughy, bready malts sit underneath, with more emphasis on the doughy notes. Flavor profile is, again, a blend of tropical fruits and pine, with tropical fruits taking about 67.8% of the emphasis. Tropical fruit notes of tangerine, mandarin orange, and mango lead out pine. Doughy malts add some depth, but the storyline is nearly completely hops. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a semi-flat effervescence. Texture carries light silt. Overall, some great depth on this spin on a BKS flagship, as much as they have any 'flagships.'

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
