(review from February 2024) This is the (v1) version. Tasty, well balanced NE pale with good mouthfeel; thickish haze; low hoppiness/bitterness and a light, subdued citrusy/herbal/slightly earthyish flavor and a clean, quick-fading finish. Very quaffable, bordering on slammable if'n it was a hot summer day.

Pours a pale orange with some yellow to it. Transparency is opaque. Head is two fingers of snow white foam with good retention. Aroma is tropical fruits and citrus. It's plump, but light. Doughy malts and yeast zest behind. Flavor profile is tropical fruits with mild citrus that follows. As it nears the close, it gets a little grainy, exposing more of the doughy malts than before. Some grain after taste. Mouth feel is medium-thin in thickness. Texture is sharp, with a consistent tight effervescence. Overall, mild by IPA standard, but pretty potent for a pale ale. Big hops tuned down.

Poured in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can. Reviewed from notes.
