Pours a golden straw color with a minor haze to the translucency. Head is three fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is straw, crackers, and biscuits with grassy, herbal, and spicy hops across the top. Really delicate, but firm hops. Flavor profile is crackers, biscuits, and wafers with grassy, spicy hops for zest and texture over the top. Mouth feel is crisp and refreshing with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, a super crisp and refreshing hoppy Kolsch ale.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can.
