Pours a clear transparent yellow with a couple fingers of white foam. Aroma is a slice of sweet citrus with more heavy resin, herbal, and dank hops behind. It doesn't really lean any one direction too strong in regards to focus in hop notes. Flavor profile is a blend of resin, herbal, citrus, and pine hops with some biscuit, bread, and earthy malts behind. Hops are definitely forward, and develop a bitter finish on this flavorful arch. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is slightly soft with a light crispness to it. Overall, a slightly bitter West Coast style IPA. Really pleasant.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 16oz can. Apart of the 8th anniversary release.
