Tap pour at Hook & Lime (Omaha). Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, dark gold colored body. White head becomes a surface film and concentrated ring. Leaves behind thin horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma of toasted wheat malts and some sweet honey.
Taste is honey sweet, with tangy wheat malts. Also has fruit flavors - apple and peach. Aftertaste trails off quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp finish. Good carbonation.
Honey adds a sweetness to balance with the wheat malt.
