Ruby brown colored body. Light tan head is multiple finger following an aggressive pour. Results in partial cap and a ring. Leaves spots of laving.
Aroma of roasted malts.
Taste is sweet milk chocolate malts, followed by a more bitter note and char in the aftertaste.
Slightly thinner than medium mouthfeel, and drier note on the finish. Good carbonation.
Enjoyable porter with the initial sweet milk chocolate flavor followed by a more bitter char finish.
