Serving Type Sampled: On tap at Old Chicago in Kearney, Nebraska.
Appearance: Very light straw with lime hue, mild chill haze. Nice white 1 finger head.
Smell: Very citrusy, pils malt.
Taste: This is very light in flavor, I do taste some light malts as well as the citrusy hops found in the nose. I also am tasting a little doughiness perhaps from their yeast.
Mouthfeel: Light in body. Moderate carbonation.
Drinkability: Good. I think for this style it is well done. Not one of my personal favorites but defiantly beats itÂ’s commercial competition. Nice work!
