Our signature beer, the Constable is a West Coast IPA with just the slightest caramel background – a killer balance between citrus and piney notes. Not to brag, but it might be the best IPA you’ll ever try.

Hazy orange with medium thick head and thin cap. Orange citrus nose. Medium malt body, quite full with a piney finish. Balanced mouthfeel. A satisfying AIPA.

L- Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a 1 finger white, foamy head. Lots of lacing.
S- Caramel malt and pine/citrus hop notes.
T- Same as the aroma. Excellent balance between the malt and hops.
F- Low carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Nothing out of the ordinary for an IPA. Good drinkabilility.
O- Nothing mind blowing here but nothing to pass up either. A very solid piney IPA.

L: light fairly clear amber colour. 1 finger head. Minor activity and lacing
S:sweet bready malts and piney hops
T: not really malt or hop forward. Balanced. Not much going on. No unpleasant tastes though
F: medium-light body. Easy on the palate. Sessionable if it suits your taste. To each their own, right? I bought a 6 pack of bottles at a local liquir store. I digress, smooth,medium-light, mildly carbonated feel
O: nothing to write home aboutbut keep in mind I'm not the best at these. I'd recommend trying it at least once.
