This one’s our most complex; a classic English pale ale with a balanced profile offering bready, honey notes from British Maris otter and honey malt. The hop profile is a mix of old and new with an earthy, spicy character upfront and a citrusy character on the finish. It’s really, really foggin’ good.

Clear gold with a medium even head. Toasty cereal malt nose. Light-medium malt body, light and toasty. Smooth mouthfeel. Light pleasant beer.
