This New England pale ale or hazy pale ale was originally crafted to commemorate our 100th batch back in 2018. Dominated by juicy citrus and tropical hops, Tabula Rasa is a hazy brew with frankly too many foggin' hop varieties to name

Super hazy and murky with a large, even head. Fresh juicy citrus nose, very lush. Medium malt body with juicy hops in the foreground. Well-balanced mouthfeel.

L- Pours a hazy pale Golden with 2 finger white head, average retention. Light lacing.
S- Slight orange peel/grapefruit bitterness with light orange sweetness.
T- Same as aroma. Not getting much in the way of grain, definitely a hop forward beer! Not overly bright and bursting with flavour like some other "Juicy" IPA's that I've had but delicious nonetheless.
F- Medium body, clean finish. Low carbonation.
O- Solid example of a New England IPA that is very easy to drink. Tabula Rasa is the type of IPA I'd be comfortable offering to my Coors-drinking friends.
